What is Trombidiasis?
The Trombidiasis is dermatozoonosis (skin parasites), known in Mexico as “tlalzahuate.”
What causes it?
This type is caused by a parasitic fly of the genus Calliphora and Dermatobia.
The trombodiasis is caused by the parasite. The first is usually found in poultry, rabbits and mice and these happen to the man. The second also lives in poultry and causes dermatitis molluscoid call.SYMPTOMS
The symptomatology depends on the parasite that causes, as when presented by the parasites of Entrombicula presents a papular rash on the trunk. When caused by Euschöngastia are often umbilicated papules many accompanied by itching in the trunk and extremities and the scalp in children. When abundant they are accompanied by symptoms such as anorexia and fever. Can be complicated by impetigo and lymphadenopathy.
