Tips for Better Health

Unfortunately you have to hear a lot of thing to get a better healthy life. This is 2 steps for how to get a better nutrition for your body.

1) This is not serious to make you happy
We can not eat a perfectly healthy all the time. And there is no problem with that. The cumulative effects of good nutrition are what matters most.

Notice we said “mostly”. This means that you have the right to make fun, spoil you, yield to the temptation of food occasionally. In fact, the temptation (especially that of your favorite foods) is encouraged. If you allow you to indulge yourself once in a while, you realize that you follow our other nutritional advice with fewer problems.

So go ahead, eat your favorite dish even too much heat if you must (if you can not resist). Better yet, divide into 2 and eat with another person. The key, when you enjoy yourself, is to limit the frequency and quantity of your intake. Otherwise, you may very well also please you with more healthy food like fruit sherbet or peanut, etc..

2) Do not eat too much salt
Sodium is necessary for the human body, it regulates fluid balance and helps muscle function. However, humans do not need a lot of sodium. Indeed, in our daily food we consume regularly several times the amount of sodium necessary for our health.

Consuming too much sodium is associated with increased blood pressure and risk of stroke, brain and heart. If you are under 50 years, we recommend that you do not consume more than 2 400 mg (one teaspoon) of salt per day. This number decreases gradually as you get older.

Rather than give more flavor to your food with salt, try other spices (garlic, oregano, rosemary, thyme, lemon, etc..). An abundance of salt in your diet can have serious consequences for the duration of your life, while reducing salt intake is one of our best nutritional advice. Make it a priority!
