How to lose weight when you love eating?
Knowing how to lose weight when one loves to eat is a big problem for many. Is this really your fault if you missed your plan by abandoning the program that provides food to lose weight before the end? Your excuse “It is not possible, I love to be able to eat too slim!” Is it valid?
The truth is that you’re not at all obliged to stop worshiping eat if you want to lose weight. You just need to change the perceptions of food. Start by listing the foods you generally find irresistible. Evaluate the level of damage of each of these foods in relation to your goals of weight loss. Then, instead of assuming that you must stop loving your favorite foods, consider how you can bring harmony into your life.
Lesser amounts, less often
Make a selection in your list of favorite foods to choose those you love most, and then provide them with your life by applying the principle of “less large amounts less often”.
Imagine that you usually eat a big bowl of ice cream every night. In your new meal plan, you may make the quantity less by not eating more than a quarter of the bowl or even better a small cone. Once you set the “lesser amounts”, determine how often you eat this ice cream. You may want to consider when eating “less often” by eating only once every Friday instead of nightly.
Use this same approach with your wine, chocolate biscuits or fried food favorites. Once you’ve planned a favorite food (like ice cream) in your life you can think it all week. And because you know you’ll end up eating this food favorite one days of the week (the day you can eat as Friday for ice cream in the previous example), you’ll have less desire the rest time.
