Cleansing diet is to follow a special two days a week for a month and complete the rest of the week with a maintenance diet to help stabilize the body.

With cleansing diet, weight loss is progressive, so that the body assimilates more change and more difficult to regain the lost kilos.

• Vegetables: (salads or cooked), lettuce, endive, asparagus, tomatoes, cucumber, celery, onion, watercress, peppers, zucchini, garlic, green beans, parsley, cabbage, artichokes, spinach and chard.
• Meats: (1 serving per day) chicken, turkey, veal or rabbit.
• Fish (one meal per day) sole, monkfish, hake, John Dory, cod, squid, cuttlefish, tuna and anchovies.
• Fruits (2 or 3 pieces a day), pineapple, apple, melon, orange, pear, grapefruit, strawberries.
• Dairy products (3 servings a day), cottage cheese, yogurt and milk.
• Legumes: (1 or 2 servings a week), lentils, chickpeas, beans and soybeans.
• Eggs: (2 week) scrambled, hard boiled, in omelette.
• Drink water, juices, smoothies, teas and wine (maximum 2 drinks per day).

Breakfast and Snacks

The breakfast should be made from fruit, juices and comprehensive. The decaffeinated coffee will be preferably skim milk.

For lunch you can make a tea cleansing, you can take a whole-grain yogurt, cookies and fresh fruit also integral.

Recommendations

• It takes at least two liters of water a day.
• not drink coffee or alcoholic beverages during the performance of the diet.
• Replace the white sugar or honey brown.
• Do not forget to take at least a day cleansing tea to stimulate kidney function and to eliminate fluids.
