Angina pectoris

What is angina?
Angina pectoris is a cardiovascular problem manifested by chest pain as a sensation of heaviness or compression to the chest. When angina is severe pain may spread to the left shoulder, along the forearm, back and also neck and jaw.
What explains the pain during an attack of angina pectoris?
